About MeaningKit

MeaningKit turns structured data into something easier to understand, transform and export, locally in your browser. Its nine tools cover JSON, YAML, CSV, relationship mapping and structured flowcharts without requiring an account.

Why MeaningKit exists

MeaningKit is an independently operated hobby project. It is designed to make common structured-data tasks clearer and more approachable, while keeping the source in view and making transformations and exports explicit.

Local browser processing matters because ordinary tool input can stay on the device during normal use. There is no account requirement and no ordinary backend database holding tool content.

Who operates it

MeaningKit is operated by Dev Sooriyar, a nurse with acute and community care experience. That background informs the project’s emphasis on clarity, accessibility, privacy and respect for people’s time. MeaningKit is not a healthcare service and does not provide medical advice.

AI assistance and responsibility

AI tools supported research, planning, drafting, development and quality checks. Dev remains responsible for the published product and content. MeaningKit’s core tools use defined rules and do not require AI to operate.

How it is developed

The source you provide remains authoritative. MeaningKit creates temporary working models and views from it, and only creates an export when you choose an export action. Important results should still be checked against the source and the relevant tool limitations.
